Information we collect

We collect the information needed to complete and support your order, including your name, email address, shipping address, optional phone number, affiliate or referral code, campaign parameters, and any information you send when requesting help with a delivery or return.

Payment details are entered into Square's secure payment tools. Likkle Friends does not receive or store your complete card number or card security code.

How we use information

• Process payment and deliver your order.
• Record the order, send confirmation, support fulfillment, and provide customer service.
• Prevent fraud, protect the site, and keep required business records.
• Attribute and reconcile affiliate referrals.

We do not require an account or newsletter signup to purchase. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

How information is shared

We share information only as needed with Ziptax to validate a shipping address and calculate applicable sales tax; Square for payment processing; delivery and fulfillment providers; Cloudflare and OpenAI Sites for hosting, security, persistent inventory, and order storage; a transactional email provider when confirmation email is enabled; and government authorities when legally required. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their role.

Square handles buyer information under its own privacy notice.

Storage and retention

We retain order and support information only as long as reasonably needed to fulfill orders, resolve issues, meet legal or accounting requirements, and protect the business. Referral codes and campaign parameters may be stored temporarily in your browser's session storage so the proper affiliate receives credit. A later valid referral or campaign value in the same browser session replaces the earlier value for that field, and the session data expires when the browser session ends. Order, reservation, email-delivery, and fulfillment records are stored server-side.

Advertising and analytics

Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel are disabled unless Likkle Friends configures the relevant IDs and completes the required privacy and consent review. If enabled, this policy and the storefront's consent or opt-out controls will be updated first.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to required financial and legal recordkeeping. Email us at support@likklefriends.com.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
