Shipping price and timing

$29.99, shipping included. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.

Orders ship within 2–3 business days.

We ship to all 50 states, Washington, D.C., U.S. territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Shipping availability is validated before payment. We do not charge an address the store cannot serve.

Damaged or leaking delivery

Contact support@likklefriends.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order ID and a clear photo of the bottle and packaging.

Returns

Unopened bottles may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened shampoo is not returnable for hygiene reasons. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.

Before sending a return

Email support first for instructions. Do not mail a bottle without authorization. The public return address will be provided directly for an approved return.
